Barry DiRaimondo, President & Chief Investment Officer
Mr. DiRaimondo has been with Legacy Partners for 24 years and is a partner in all Legacy-owned real estate partnerships. He oversees strategic decisions on all real estate and company-related matters for the Commercial Division, including the ownership and disposition strategies on all Legacy-owned assets and the development and acquisition strategies for all Legacy markets. He began his career as a General Contractor for Custom Designs Construction and has over 29 years of real estate experience. He is a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (“SIOR”), has been a member of the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and is a full member and council member of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”). He is also a member of the Policy Advisory Board for the Fisher School of Real Estate at the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley. Mr. DiRaimondo holds a BS degree from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA degree from Cornell University.
